Hi! I’m Bia
I am an Agile coach, published author, and passionate advocate for continuous growth. I believe in the endless journey of learning and development, both individually and collectively. As a coach, I help teams and individuals navigate transitions, unlock their potential, and embrace new ways of working.
Beyond my professional role, I’m deeply committed to improving communication, particularly between parents and children. This passion led me to create AgileParenting™ – a framework for building meaningful relationships between parents and children, rooted in mutual respect and shared perspective.
Whether in the workplace or at home, I’m dedicated to helping others embrace transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
